OUR STORY:
Fun-Raising School Gear’s (FRSG) founder Marni Bartolomea spent over 20 years in the apparel business. In 2004, when her oldest child started elementary school she joined the school’s PTA. Marni learned that one of the volunteer responsibilities was Spirit Wear. It was then that she felt her past experience would lend a hand. The other PTA members at her school were excited when she told them she was going to get them “trendy, fashion forward” apparel like what they see in small boutiques.

The other PTA members at her school were excited when she told them she was going to get them “trendy, fashion forward” apparel like what they see in small boutiques.
With her experience she knew she could get apparel that everyone would buy at a cost that families at the school could afford. Before she realized it, other local schools were asking Marni to help them update their spirit wear too. Little by little the word spread from one community to the next. She had to come up with a name and a label for her apparel, so naturally the name became Fun- Raising School Gear because as Marni likes to say she wants everyone to have Fun Raising Money and Fun Raising Spirit and Pride while wearing or selling School Gear.
At Fun-Raising School Gear, our passion is to create Spirit Wear that is customized to the school's preference taking in to consideration each schools needs and always using the highest quality materials for the best possible price. We realize that it is very important to keep the clothing trendy enough so that the students will remain interested in wearing them all year-round with pride on weekends and off-campus as well. We have a talented design team that will work with each client to create specific designs that will achieve this. In addition, our team is happy to guide you through the buying, printing, and selling process, and answer and questions that you have along the way.
